Where & how can I pay my bill?
Payments can be mailed, dropped off in our office during business hours
of Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or dropped off in our drop
box outside the office. We are located at 11100 50th Street NE Albertville
MN 55301, across from the St Michael/Albertville High School; our drop box
is located just outside the entrance of our building.
If you are mailing your payment or putting it in the drop box we request
that you use either a check or money order. Cash may be used if dropped
off in our office during business hours; please bring as close to the exact
amount to be applied as possible.
Auto-Pay Options
Pay your utility bill automatically from your bank account.
The Auto-Pay Program allows customers to have their quarterly or monthly
Water & Sewer utility charges automatically deducted from their checking or
savings account.
Please print the Auto-Pay Authorization form, fill it out, sign it, and return
it with a voided check attached. The Auto-Pay program will deduct your utility
payment directly from your checking or savings account on the 10th of the month
after the service date. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will process
on the next business day. Auto-Pay participants receive a courtesy bill in the mail
prior to the 10th for record-keeping purposes.
